We operate an innovative system for the management of Corporate Health and Safety, which allows us to constantly improve our performance to achieve a record of zero accidents and to be recognized as a world-class mining company with a reputation for health and safety in the workplace.

The system is operating in the Breca Mining Division units and has 18 elements, 5 tools, 13 risk controls and 7 occupational health programs.

In addition, within the system operational discipline is highlighted to ensure quality, availability, training and compliance with the operating procedures in the units and the safety culture, which is reinforced through methods of approach (AEC) with compliance indicators. We also measured the culture change by referring to the Insurance Acts Indices (IAS).
