PUCAMARCA – OPERACIONES

Operations began in Pucamarca in January 2013, after strict adherence to all the legal, administrative and environmental processes.

Pucamarca is an open-pit mine where gold from Mount Checocollo can be obtained by using the leaching process. It is estimated that extractable reserves of around 555,000 ounces of gold can be extracted, from which it has been calculated that the mine will have a life span of 8 years of mining plus a further 2 years leaching.
